BUMPDATE: Week 26

Almost at the third trimester mark, isn't it crazy? I swear sometimes it feels like I've been pregnant since forever. While other times, it feels like it was just yesterday. A lot has happened since my last update. We had our second trimester screening as well as my gestational diabetes test. Thankfully, both appointments had good results. We are having a BABY!!! What?!

I can't believe we are finally telling the world that WE ARE PREGNANT!!! BUMPDATE: Week 21

Time is flying by! We are already at our halfway mark!! Since we found out the sex of the baby, we've started to brainstorm ideas for baby names and let me tell you, it is so hard!! You don't realize how many people you "dislike" until you start choosing your kid's name. For now, we have a very short list but we’re not set on anything or at least I don't want to be yet... it feels too soon to decide. BUMPDATE: Week 16

Made it to week 16 and I'm glad to report no more morning sickness (woohoo!) Not sure if I can say I got that second trimester energy yet, but definitely feeling better. We had our third doctor's appointment today and guess what?...... WE FOUND OUT THE SEX OF THE BABY!!! Sooooo excited!! BUMPDATE: Week 12

Today, I am officially leaving first trimester behind and I can barely believe it. It feels like it was just yesterday when we were listening to our baby's heartbeat for the first time. We had our 12-week ultrasound last week and we got to see and hear our baby again. Joshua Tree Getaway

Summer Seventeen

As summer '17 takes a back seat, I thought it would be nice to look back at the last few busy (but great) months. Starting with no other than my birthday aka Memorial Day weekend. I've always considered this holiday as the start of summer.
