Thick and Fluffy Paleo Pancakes

Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 1 tbsp Coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • pinch Salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil melted and cooled
  • 2-3 tbsp Almond milk
  • Butter to cook and top pancakes

Instructions

  • Mix all dry ingredients together.
  • Add wet ingredients and mix well. (See Notes)
  • Heat oil/butter in a pan and cook pancakes as usual.

Notes

  • Add more or less milk until your desire consistency. 
  • The less milk, the thicker the pancake.
